Expression of interest
To facilitate the organization of the bidding, interested suppliers are requested to complete the following two steps, sending all correspondence to the email address nexa.procurement@onemount.com:
- Step 1 – Submit a letter of interest: send a letter confirming your wish to participate in the package, together with your organization’s contact details.
- Step 2 – Submit a signed NDA: download the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) template, wet-sign and stamp it, or use a soft copy bearing a valid digital signature, then send the scanned copy to the same mailbox to receive the bidding documents and related materials.
This confirmation is intended only to register the supplier’s interest and intention to participate; it does not constitute a commitment to fully meet the requirements of the bidding documents. After the letter-of-interest and NDA deadline (09:00 on 10 Jul 2026) shown in the table below, Nexa will close the list of participating suppliers, send the detailed bid brief, and will not accept any new suppliers.
